Fire resistant joinery

R & M is a major manufacturer of fire doors and walls made of aluminum profiles PONZIO NT 78EI. These elements are intended to reduce the spread of fire and smoke in buildings. The door and wall protection system is designed to be used as internal and external firewalls of the fire resistance class EI15 to EI60 with singlewinged doors (maximum size of wings: 2400/1400) and doublewinged (2400/2400). Ponzio NT 78EI system is characterized by a very low value of the coefficient of heat transmission – thanks to the use of special profiled thermal spacers with a width of 35 mm and gaskets.

The fire resistant elements enable the evacuation of endangered people from burning buildings, and enable and enhance rescue action. The fire walls and doors meet the requirements (Technical Approval ITB AT-15-7540/2008) provided for the fire resistance class EI 15, EI 30, EI 60. These signs describe the ability to hold back the pressure of hot gases and flames in minutes.
